Absolutely! Going alone can be a fantastic experience. Our retreat welcomes both solo travelers and those who prefer company. We ensure a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll have the chance to connect with other surf enthusiasts if you choose to. So, yes, you can definitely go alone and have a fantastic time!
Yes, you need to be of legal age to participate in our surf retreat.
Yes, the equipment is included in our surf retreat package. This includes boards, and other necessary gear for your surfing experience.
- Sunscreen and Zinc
- Swimsuit/Bikini/Boardshort (no wetsuit needed here)
- Surf hat/ long sleeve rash guard for the sun
- Sunglasses
- Water bottle
- Mosquito spray
- Small medicine kit
- A USB-stick/hard drive to get your videos everyday
- White outfit for our BBQ Party
No, any level of surfing is welcome at our retreat! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced surfer, our program caters to everyone, providing an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all skill levels.
There is only one surf session with coaching per day (in the morning) but afternoons are free. Each day we will offer to take you on some optional activities but you can also just stay at the beach for some free surf.
There are different restaurants at the beach and around our house in town as well. Each day, we will offer to take you to different restaurants so you can taste and enjoy the local food. If you don’t feel like eating out all the time, there are also small grocery stores around the house where you can shop. We have a fridge and a big kitchen for you to use in the house.
